It dawned on me the other day, that most of us don’t feel bad enough yet to make the decision to commit to some of those dreaded lifestyle changes we know we should. However, if you could imagine yourself 5 or 10 years from now, how do you think you will feel? Do you think you might look back and wish you made that decision now? Of course you would. Get a little more exercise, eat a little better or practice meditation or some other way of managing your stress. Any of these simple changes will show results fairly quickly, but you have to keep it up for a t least a few weeks to really do you any good and have a chance of keeping the habit going.
You are worth the little extra effort. You will not only feel better, but sleep better, think clearer, and be a better friend or loved one. You can do it!
