Keep Moving for Good Health

Movement is life. Without movement, there is no life or very little. For those who don’t exercise at all, they surely have a deficiency of movement. You don’t have to join a gym or buy an expensive piece of equipment to get an adequate amount of movement in your day. Some gentle daily stretches and walking is all you really need. Sure, if you want to be buff or have great abs, then be prepared to exercise more. However, the large proportion of the benefit from exercise comes from doing just 30 minutes a day of something……almost anything that involves movement.

To steal from NIKE for a second…….JUST DO IT! You’ll be glad you did.
