Shoulder Pain Anyone?

shoulder posteriorWow, we have had quite the run on shoulder problems lately. Fortunately we have been able to help. It is often a little sore to work out the muscles but it is worth it, since it feels so much better with more range of motion afterwards. Of course a good Chiropractor always looks to the surrounding neck and upper back joints as well as the shoulder for stiffness and pain first. This can be released with adjustments and specific stretches, but often we also need to work out those pesky shoulder muscles. It’s funny how often patients think it is only one muscle causing their pain when in fact it is usually 4 to 6 muscles that are knotted and tender.
