Here’s a great mnemonic for an easy way to improve your eating habits (and we all need this about now).

SHARP – S slash your sugar consumption
H hydrate well – mostly water
A add omega 3 from food – fish, walnuts, flax
R reduce portions
P plan ahead – don’t just eat whatever is in your house, be sure to stock up on what you want, and plan a shopping list before you go out to shop. One of the most important food-groups to shop often for is fresh fruits and vegetables; try for 5 to 10 servings a day.
“Keep Sharp” is truly one of the best books I’ve read for a while, thanks to my loving wife Lee Anne. If you are wanting to stay healthy mentally and physically, it’s a must read!
