Dr. Kevin, a graduate of CMCC – the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, has been a chiropractor for over 30 years with a passion for helping patients feel well again, naturally, and quickly. Some patients have simple problems from a strain of their back while others have much more complex issues and require an experienced approach to what type of treatment works best. There are hundreds of different ways to treat back problems and other joints and muscles in the body. Experience is what patients deserve; results keep them coming back.

Dr Kevin works with his loving wife, Lee Anne, who is passionate about helping patients by sourcing out medical information as she was once a Medical Librarian.  They worked in Sarnia together for over 20 years. Their son, Justin, worked part-time on Saturdays with his Dad. “It’s a family affair.” When they dropped their son off at McGill University, 2010, the Mathesons moved to Orillia for the fresh air. Lee Anne’s asthma has become a thing of the past. “‘We are lucky in love and work so well together. Sense of humour is a must 😊 We love it here in Orillia and only wish we would have moved here sooner.”

We love it here in Orillia and only wish we would have moved here sooner.

Dr. Justin Matheson has a B.Sc. degree in Psychology & Biotechnology from McGill University, and a PhD. in Pharmacology & Toxicology from University of Toronto. He/they are currently employed at CAMH, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Toronto, as a researcher/scientist studying how sex and gender affect cannabis use and alcohol studies. Justin’s journey began as he watched his Grandma unable to tolerate medications she was prescribed for IBS to heartburn, and later, her cancer treatments. He looked at his mom and said ‘One day I’m going to research the making of drugs and make them more holistic and study dosage for women’s health’. And he is!

Through his personal journey, to working with CAMH mentors, they all agreed S2LGBTQ should be included as they are just as important as women’s studies. Congratulations, Doc! Our hats are off to you. Keep going. https://www.justinrmatheson.com/
