Have honey or maple syrup if you can, a little white sugar maybe, but be careful how much you have. Learn to read ingredients on boxes and avoid the ones that list sugar in the top four ingredients. Watch also for high fructose corn syrup which is cheaper for companies to use and ten times sweeter than table sugar. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and you will be healthier and truly feel better.
