The Miracle Drink That Helps You Live Longer

If you could reduce your chance of heart attack or stroke, slow the aging process, burn fat faster, and improve mental health, what would you be willing to do? How about something as enjoyable as drinking coffee?  Coffee helps you live longer. It is literally a miracle drink. You no longer need to feel guilty having up to five cups of Java or Joe each day, because several studies now show the benefits.

Many studies have included socializing with friends as a way to help you live longer and of course one of the added benefits of drinking coffee may be the socializing aspect. Most people drink coffee with others, but it appears not to matter that much. Just drink the coffee. One suggestion I can’t help adding is that saturated fat from cream and milk as well as sugar are not healthy foods and should be minimized. Try to drink your coffee with less additives and reap even more benefits from this lovely hot beverage. One tip for reducing your craving for milk and sugar is to have your first sip of coffee black and then gradually cut down the milk and sugar. Also, adding honey has more benefits than sugar, and of course lower fat milk may be better. Above all else, avoid adding anything artificial like sweeteners or whiteners.

Live long and prosper, as long as you are willing to drink coffee.
