Use A Golf Ball For Foot Pain Or Hip Pain

Do you suffer from foot pain or hip muscle pain? A golf ball can really help with these pains.
For you foot – sit in a chair and lift your knee, set middle of foot on the golf ball and roll it around with the weight of your leg on it. Try this for a minute or so, for each foot. Then set it on ice if it is still sore. This works well for plantar fasciitis.
For your hip – lie on the floor on your back with your knees bent, roll both knees away from the sore hip so as to raise your sore hip. Slide the golf ball under your hip, trying to put it directly under the sore muscle, then bring your knees up straight again. It will be tender, just be sure to avoid lying on the bone, that will be more sore and not help you at all. Lie on the sore muscle for about 15 seconds before moving it a half inch away for another 15 seconds in 3 or 4 spots. This can significantly help reduce muscle tenderness and release trigger points in the muscle.
